AIB has evolved. We originate, structure and execute bilateral transactions — bringing our own capital, government relationships and operational capability across five active industry sectors.
Australia has committed to building 1.2 million new homes by 2029. The domestic construction workforce is insufficient to meet that commitment. AIB is developing a certified, employer-sponsored pathway that brings experienced Indian trade technicians into the Australian construction sector — trained in modern modular and prefab methods. Each worker enters through a sponsored employer pathway with a legal visa arrangement and a productive role from day one.
Australia's hospitality sector faces acute workforce shortages in Cook and Chef roles. AIB and AIBX deliver accredited Australian hospitality qualifications at our Greater Noida training centre in India, under TAFE Queensland accreditation. Candidates are experienced professionals — the program strengthens and validates their qualifications for the Australian market, not entry-level training.
Australia–India agribusiness trade, premium food asset advisory and agricultural technology transfer. Led by Con Livissianis, former CEO of the Twynam Pastoral Group and former National Chair Agribusiness at the Australia India Business Council. Active mandates include premium water assets, agricultural IP licensing, livestock export and seed genetics programs.
AIB, through AIBQ, is engaged in a significant defence precinct development in Queensland's western corridor — one of Australia's most strategically important infrastructure and defence zones. AIBQ serves as the operating vehicle for a consortium-led development with an end value exceeding $1 billion.
AIBX operates from Delhi with an active training centre in Greater Noida and established relationships across Indian educational institutions and government-affiliated training networks. AIB and AIBQ are positioned to serve as a trusted intermediary connecting Queensland universities and TAFE institutions with India's internationally mobile student population — directly aligned with Study Queensland's mandate.
Asset sales, joint ventures, market entry strategy and bilateral deal structuring. AIB structures and closes transactions — not simply introductions. We bring our own networks, government relationships and commercial judgement to deals across both jurisdictions.
All candidates entering AIB and AIBX vocational programs are assessed through the Exemplar Skills Assessment, a globally recognised skills evaluation tool developed by Exemplar Performance Advantage Pty Ltd (Est. 1981, Sydney).
Candidates are assessed against defined competency benchmarks before acceptance. No candidate enters without meeting the required threshold.
A consistent, independent measure of candidate readiness across borders — recognised by Australian employers and institutional partners.
Australian employer partners receive verified assessment results before any placement commitment is made.
Whether you are an investor, employer, government agency or bilateral partner — we would welcome a conversation.
