AIB's programs are built from the employer inwards — defining the skills Australia needs, then designing the pathway to bring them from India. Each program is structured with government support on both sides of the bilateral.
Australia has committed to building 1.2 million new homes by 2029. The domestic construction workforce is insufficient to meet that commitment within the required timeframe. AIB has developed a certified, employer-sponsored pathway to bring experienced Indian trade technicians into the Australian construction sector. The program targets workers with a minimum of three to five years of practical site experience — not apprentices, but experienced practitioners who, once certified in standardised modular assembly and robotics methods, can contribute productively from their first week on an Australian site. The program is supported by the Australian Government through DFAT's Maitri Grants Program.
Australia's hospitality and tourism sector faces acute workforce shortages in Cook and Chef roles. AIB and AIBX deliver accredited Australian hospitality qualifications at our Greater Noida training centre in India, under TAFE Queensland accreditation. The program is structured to align with Australia's skills shortage lists and to create legally structured visa pathways for successful graduates. Candidates are experienced hospitality professionals — the program strengthens and validates their qualifications for the Australian market, not entry-level training.
A 12-year bilateral sports partnership framework spanning Brisbane's 2032 Olympic preparation and India's 2036 Olympic bid aspirations. AIB has proposed a structured MOU framework with national and state government partners on both sides, covering sports infrastructure, technology transfer, elite training, event management and workforce development. The framework connects Australia's Olympic-proven expertise with India's sports development ambition.
All candidates entering AIB's vocational programs are assessed through the Exemplar Skills Assessment, a globally recognised skills evaluation tool developed by Exemplar Performance Advantage Pty Ltd.
Candidates are assessed against defined competency benchmarks before acceptance. No candidate enters without meeting the required threshold.
A consistent, independent measure of candidate readiness across borders — used across all AIB and AIBX international programs.
Australian employer partners receive verified assessment results before any placement commitment is made.
