PROCESS OF AIB

1. Obtain specific details of the enquiry.
2. Prepare an agreement with the client which will include the deal details and required outcomes.
3. Source possible targeted partners through our connections.
4. Provide a short-list of possible business partners.

5. Arrange for interviews with the possible business partners.
6. Assist in drafting the business proposal that will clearly identify the steps required by each party.
7. Provide support until agreement is signed and finalised.
8. Provide ongoing support .
